LeHi PaRaDe

Today Weston and I joined our friends, Christina & Brian , their kids, My Mom, Megan and girls, in going to the Lehi Round up Parade. It was actually alot of fun! Or alot more fun than I originally thought it would be. Lys was in it with the Lehi Cheerleaders, which made it all the more worthwhile! They learned some cheers a couple weeks earlier and were able to cheer their hearts out the 3 1/2 mile walk through the parade. It was fun for her, but I missed hangin out with her too! We missed Cody and Gage. He stayed and helped a neighbor paint his Garage all day. What a sweetheart.

I was telling Christina that I have lived in Lehi for 3-4 years and still never been to the parade! It does look like it was a lot of fun! We are definitle in next year! Alyssa, you are such a cute cheerleader!

Fun! I wanted to go but then forgot all about it that morning until I tried to leave town and all the roads were blocked!!!

Looks like fun! Sorry we missed out... (Yeah, too bad we were on our way down to sunny St. George, the pool and out on the lake! Hee hee!)

And way to go, Lys! What a fun thing to do! (I have many a memory of HOT Summer parade routes as a Cheerleader back in my day...) :)

I haven't ever really been too tempted to go to the Lehi parade, you know, because It's LEHI, but I keep hearing good things about it, so looks like I'll have to go next year. This crazy city is growing on me.
