RuNNiNg.. & RuNniNg... &....

I have been a frequent visitor of the gym, for a while now (often off and on) but this past week I've picked up the pace (more so to keep up with Ma Sis), and started jogging. 3 miles a day in 30 minutes.. or less (fastest time of 28.18 to be exact).  I am AMAZED at the fact I have been doing so good! I have ran 18 miles this week. I don't know if I have ever done that in my LiFe! So.. its momentous for me. My knees aren't feeling fantastic so I don't know how long I will keep it up but LOVING the fact I can actually run 30 minutes straight! NEVER thought I would be able to!!! and moreso Never thought I would NoT mind it!! YaY!

Yesterday as I was SUPER busy at work I was roaming around facebook and actually caught one of my friends pictures. It was of him on a huge poster on a fence with two girls checking him out. So I clicked on it cause I had to get a closer look. I was laughing because I totally fell for it at first til I read his comments. So real looking. So I made one for my facebook. Funny! I think my friends were wondering the same thing. Anyway I came home and joked with Alyssa about it then we made one of her friends.. to Joke with them as well.... Heres some of what I did.

St. GeOrGe Or BuSt!!

This past weekend, I was able to join a couple of my BFF's  and our girls (who are BFF's) for a weekend in St. George! It was such a BLaST! Thank you Mikey for letting us stay in the condo.. It was gorgeous!! I didnt want to leave!  I've been needing a get-a-way. Even if  I only got the weekend, It was much loved!

Saturday morning we took off up snow canyon and did the Hidden Pinion trail. Not a long or strenuous hike to say the least but it was GORGEOUS!! And these rocks were so fun to play on. The thing I love most about hanging out with these girls (the 12 yr old ones) is I get to act 12 years old myself!

Ashley died several times this trip.. I on the other hand, only a couple. 

The 3 amigos... 3 Musketeers... The 3 cutie pies! Whatever ya wanna call them, Love them!

Lets see we have the 'albert einstein' look, 'Ben Franklin', and 'Peeping Tom'.

We didn't have too big of a problem keeping them inline, they knew what would happen if they didn't behave....

We Did a little shopping (or window shopping), We ate GOOD food, Saw a movie..

And stopped by to check out the GoRgeOuS St George temple....

Sunday on our way out we went and hiked the Johnson trail...  Beautiful.

And, cant leave, to head home to snow, without taking a picture next to the gorgeous Palm Tree!

Thanks girls for going with me! I loved every minute of it! Cant wait to do it again ;)
