I was just scrolling through some older photos and saw this one of Gage when he was only a couple weeks old (which looks so funny now)... I had taken the one of him smiling just tonight and I cannot believe how fast he's growing!! He just gets cuter and more fun by the minute. I always forget just how much I love every stage of growing. I tend to think "I love him this tiny, I dont want him to change!" then when he does I just love the changes that he makes. To think soon he'll be running-a-muck with West.... I love him this small!!

BaTtLe oF tHe BeDs!

Ever since we moved into the new house Lys and I have had a bet. Whoever doesn't make their bed for the day owes the other person $2. I have to give it to Lys, she has only had to give me money a few times in the 4 1/2 months we've been living here! She has had a dramatic improvement from when we were living in Riverton. A couple weeks ago I told her how awesome it was that she's been doing so great, and she says to me "Yah, its just habit now. I wake up and make my bed. I dont even think about it really." !! I've always struggled with making my bed, although I myself have had dramatic improvement because I'd be broke having to pay Lys! So, Way to go Lys! Thats a good habit to have!

HoW YoU KnoW YoU NeeD a NeW CaMeRa..

When youre in a professional, Bright, photography studio and the pictures you take turn out dark, yellow and fuzzy! All I have to say is Im so glad I have Sara to capture their true beauty! :) We were overdue for some new ones. I have a blank frame on the wall Gage needs to get into! Thanks Sara for taking such great pictures for me, and for your patience. I CANNOT wait to see them!

RoCkIn & RoLLiN!

Gage has spent the last couple weeks working on his Rolling and grabbing skills! He is Perfecting them so well! Last week at work we have this big meeting table in our office, I had Gage on it and Ryan asks me, 'wont he roll off?' ( I do put him in the center by the way, just In CaSe) I say 'Naw, he usually just goes to his side'. Literally not even ten minutes later we both walked by and he rolled to his belly... EEEeee!! Needless to say he's moved to the floor when Im not right by him. He's also been so cute grabbing everything in sight He loves sitting in his bouncer and grabbing the toys and dropping them, just so I can pick them up for him to do all over again..

When your sister calls you asking "Are you alive?!?" because she hasnt seen any posts on your blog, you BeTTeR get explaining yourself and your where-abouts!

Well besides Keeping up with Life, Kids, Work... etc. My extra time has been taken up by the twilight series. Thank you, again, Sara for letting me borrow your books. I received these books last wednesday (finally! after what seems like years of trying to remember to get them from Sara), by last sunday I had finished twilight and new moon. Took me less than a day each book! People, I dont read much! So If youre wanting to get into reading... check these books out! Loved them, and could not put them down!

Our family has also started a Rock Band! 'Apocolypse ThReeVe'!! (a combonation of three and five... avid SNL watchers can appreciate that one) The only reason why I havent started 'eclipse' is because we've been having SO much fun playing Rock Band in our spare evening time! SO much fun! I'd highly recommend it to aNy family! It definately brings you closer. As much, Cody and I hardly ever sing in front of each other... well, this has helped us get over the fear! ;) Lynette and Kyra joined us last night in the fun and I grabbed a few shots.

Poor West, he has to take what he can. :)

Meg, Just wanted to say ThAnK YoU for these cute things you got me at Rod Works for Christmas! :) I went yesterday and found quite a few things I wanted, but limited myself to spending a few dollars over the gift card! Thanks again! I love it all so much! Wish you could have gone!

HaVe YoU SeeN ThiS GiRL?!?

Alyssa Left for about a week after Christmas So it was nice when she returned home and We've had her around. I feel like she was missing in action, or the action. Above she was just looking cute in one of the new hats I purchased at Big Rock (So dang cute! and only $12!)So had to get a picture. Last night we were able to have our bi-weekly mother daughter night. I love hanging out with Lys. She's so fun to be around, and so funny! We went to see enchanted. It was really cute.. although a little more romantic than I expected, and for a 10 year old. But it was fun! Thanks Lys! I love you!

DiNNeR oF ChAmPs..

This is about what We live off of now. Salads, Chicken, Salads, Apples, Chicken Salads, Oranges.. oh and Salads. Its a good thing they are so YuMMy! Must be doing something right.. Ive lost 3 pounds! Although I dont know why its not more! Ive starved myself of probably 20 pounds of goodies!

GaGe STaTs!

Gage is four months old now and Today was his Routine Dr. Visit, and we all know with Dr. Visits come the dreaded shots. Gage is such a trooper, Cried when poked and immediately smiling afterward. Although soon after leaving this is what he looks like.. Passed out (notice how he loves something pressed up against his face, or covering it). He's SO unbelievably sweet. The Dr. However confirmed the fact that Cody and I have yet another PERFECT child. :) Healthy, happy... PERFECT. How blessed we are, I cant even express how greatful I am for the health my family members, and I have.

GaMe NiGhT...

Last night we had a couple friends over to play Balderdash. That game is so fun! The things people come up with that make me laugh! And I LoVe to laugh! I love game nights.. So if anyone is ever in the need for one, our home is always open to it! Thanks Kat, Ryan, Whitney, Jesse, Alyssa and Cody for providing a fun night!

DaY SiX...

Going strong through this resolution.. Of course yesterday was my binge day so Im still living off that shake I had and the six cookies :). MMmmm!! Thanks Kat for providing the cookies! But its back to work.. I THINK Im slowly losing the urge to want a pepsi and a payday or kit kat.. or cookies or cake or... (is anyone else hungry?) every other day.. I hope it fully stops and I have no desire (ya right)! We can all dream. Hey if I make it through two months, thats like two years! Props to Cody.. He has withstood temptation after temptation. I think last night when we had a plate full of cookies in front of our faces, during game night, he maybe had 1. Only if I were so strong. Im glad he's being such a great example to me. Thanks babe! DaY oNe...

So today is day one of this so-called new years resolution Cody, I and members of my family have made... exercise and NO sweets (except for sundays), & no pop for a straight two months, but hopefully it will last much longer! We will all weigh in, compete in fitness activities and see who has come the farthest. I dont think anyone really has aNy Idea of how much I enjoy sweets, and mtn dew, and pepsi. So today, its 5 pm and Im already dying! I usually finish off every meal I have with something sweet... but I WILL pull through this.. :) and I WILL get back in shape. and I sure as heck will be posting my accomplishments and struggles..

HaPpY NeW YeaR!!

Last night we invited a few friends over to our house and had a little get together to ring in the new year. It was fun! Just want to tell Teen and Kat , Thanks so much for the fun time. I Loved hanging out with you girls all night! I should have taken more pictures of the guys.. but you know how we girls do it.. and how the guys never want to pose for pictures.My favorite girls!

I have to say I have the most accident prone son of all times. The poor guy was pushing his Lightning Mcqueen and biffed it on the rug. Fattening his lip and scratching it, YET AGAIN in the same place (refer to prior postings in oct.). It was So sad! But yet again.. put some ice on it for a minute, kiss it better and he's good to go! even though it is still fat today.

His train entertaining him most the evening. I'd say trains are this boys best friend right now.We ventured out on the 4-wheelers... something I DONT recommend doing without gloves!! We went out a couple times and the first time thought we'd do good without them. Christine and I were driving.. I could have sworn I was going to have frost bite and my fingers were going to fall off! Couldnt move them for about ten minutes. Next time we were a little smarter. Still a good time.
