Weston has been so interested in the potty lately but we've yet to toss his diapers! He has a problem telling me he needs to go potty, when he IS going potty. So of course I rush him to the bathroom, take off his now wet diaper and he sits for a second and tells me he's done. I do have to give him credit, because he's gone in the mornings when or if his diaper is off already. Does anyone have any suggestions? Because I am more than open to ideas. Should I toss him into 'big boy underwear' and let it fly? Lys was so much different, she let me know when she was ready and hadnt had a problem ever since...

Go West! Look at that scratch on his face, a true boy, right? I heard aiming for cheerios in the potty works...or the timer I did with the girls, set it to every 1/2 hour til he gets the idea of when he needs to go. Good luck!
